Gelatin
Appearance: Light yellow to yellow, translucent, slight glossy
powder or flake, odorless
There are four styles, camera, food, medicine and industry. Edible
gelatin has been widely used as a thickening agent in food industry
such as jelly, edible pigment, soft sweets, ice cream, cheese,
yogurt, and frozen food and etc. In the chemical industry it is
mainly used as raw material in adhesive, emulsification and senior
cosmetics production. Besides gelatin can make
vermicelli.

degreasing, neutralization, hydrolysis, filtration, concentration,
gel, drying, smashing and etc. There are acid and alkaline
production technique that widely used in food and other industrial
fields.
