（1）Filter Modules：Filter the sideband signal, only take the actual

and has power detector and current detection.
（4）Aftermost Amplifier Module：It is adopt balance amplifier program to
improve reliability. Each channel has separate power supply and
temperature protection. The module has power detector current
detection. The power supply voltage is **8 V.
（5）According to the installation and use of the equipment, the end
output will equip more high-power cavity filters.
