Calcium superphosphate (SSP) is a kind of phosphate fertilizer which is produced from the decomposed phosphate rock and sulfuric acid. Effective P2O5 contained in the product is *4%**0%. SSP is water soluble with grey or white appearance, which can be used as phosphate fertilizer or the ingredient of compound fertilizer.
 
Phosphate rock is transported to crushers to be broken down the small lumps, Crushed phosphate rock is unloaded to ball mill mixing with clean water by wet grinding operation to make phosphate rock slurry, which make reaction with sulfuric acid in the mixer. After the end of the curing period, it is the product calcium superphosphate.Fluorinated waste gas exhausted from mixer and curing chamber will flow into absorber, absorbed by water becomes into fluorosilicic acid solution.Fluorosilicic acid reacts with sodium chloride brine in the reactor, formed sodium fluosilicate crystal.
