available for re-assignment to a capable buyer on CIF FOB SPOT
BASIS upon title transfer of consignment to buyer\'s name.
Vessel will be re-routed from current location to buyer\'s
nominated discharge port.
Seller is ready and willing to issue tanker take-over agreement
upon receipt of buyer\'s ICPO while POP AND SHIPPING
DOCUMENTS INCLUDING VESSEL DETAILS will be approved and sent to
buyer upon receipt of countersigned contract.
