There are only three
people allowed to allocate fuel and we are direct with one of
them . Recently we were offered the opportunity to market
crude from a contact we have that is dealing directly to the
NNPC(national Nigerian petroleum comapny) they have proof of
allocations. The buyers have to be direct to refinery or someone
who has a CPA(Crude Processing Agreement). If either of these
requirements can be provided then you can bring a buyer forward.
