Energy saving systems
All of SPG’s energy-saving systems are a part of SPG’s extrusion
systems. The biggest energy saving is achieved in the extruder
drive and the vacuum pumps in the calibration table. The fully
automated energy systems control and optimize the consumption of
energy in the dry calibrators, water vacuum tank and water/air
separation. By using the energy system, it is possible under
optimum conditions to save up to *5% of the line’s entire
consumption in the area of the calibration table.
