PC steel bar production line is also called prestressed concrete steel production line. It has 4 specification : OD7.***2.6mm.
 

PC steel bar line is also called prestressed concrete reinforced production line , the reinforced bar with *0MnSi materials will be made a series process for bending and de-rusting , pull out and nick, straightening, quenching and tempering and so on, its index can fully meet the requirements for steel pipe pile (GB/T ***3.*****5).

Our company’s PC steel bar production line has reached the level of leading domestic, the production line speed for4 common specs has achieved respectively as the following.  

1.Conventional configuration and production speed:

  Φ7.1mm   the speed is **0m/min

   Φ9.0mm   the speed is **0m/min

   Φ*0.7mm  the speed is *0m/min

   Φ*2.6mm  the speed is *5m/min
