Polyacrylamide Production Description

PHPA Polyacrylate for Drilling is known as the 3rd cohesion agent. It is a linear water soluble polymer, molecular formula being CONH2 [CH2ch] n, and molecular weight between 5 to *2 million. PHPA Polyacrylate for Drilling appears as white or colorless granule, viscous gellike, odorless, neutral, and is soluble in water.

Polyacrylamide Application Method

1. The product should be prepared for the water solution of 0.1% as concentration. It is better to use neutral and desalted water.

2. The product should be scattered evenly in the stirring water, and the dissolving can be accelerated by warming the water (below *0 °C).

3. The most economical dosage can be determined based on a preliminary test. The pH value of the water to be treated should be adjusted before the treatment.

Polyacrylamide Storage and Packaging

*5KG or *0LB PHPA for EOR net sealed in *-in*1 compound paper bag with plastic lining. During storage and transport see that the bag is intact as the product is water soluble.
