Will need to sell **0 each of Havana and Havana Centershaft per
quarter the first year (**0 units). Second year will add the new
model Havana 3 and will require distributor to sell **0 of each
model every two months (***0 total). Distributor chosen will have
right of first refusal on new models introduced during the first
two years.
Retail price point is US$**9.*0 with wholesale to the distributor
set low so there is plenty of margin is available for a go getter.
