High Gloss panel is
produced by using double-faced Melamine MDF or Chipboard in single
side application of acrylic based high gloss or matt finish (zero
or silk matt) lacqured paints.
Ali ofour MDF and chipboard boards are double faced Melamine.
The used UVpaint does not contain solvent, the jlammability
is very low and enviromentally friendly.
The gloss level is between *****0.
The product has high ser ateh resistance, impact resistance
and abrasion resistance.
It has high surface resistance to solvents like acetone or
thinner.
It has high ressitance to sunlight and
fading.
