TK****2 has all  features of TK**3,but advanced CPU,it support 5s interval auto tracking and also below 
1 TK****2 is with better CPU inside, so very quick.It is *0s for auto-tracking for TK**3, but can be 5s for TK****2.
2  There is SD card slot in TK****2. The GPRS data can be saved in SD card if GPRS is off
3  There is motion sensor for TK****2 , so the tracker will send alert at once when it is shaked.
4  There is GSM ID in the SMS or GPRS data for  TK****2
5  The commands can be sent to the tracker directly by GPRS server and no need to use SMS any more for TK****2.
6  The other functions can be added easier on TK****2 because of more space in CPU.
7  TK****2 can send the nearest last location information if there is no gps signal for the tracker
