Wet-type Magnetic separator is designated for magnetic separating of material with granularity below 3mm, such as magnetite, pyrrhotine, roasted ore and washingtonite.  It can also be used for deironing of coal, nonmetal materials, building materials, etc. Quality reliable Magnetic separator has the advantages of simple structure, large throughput, convenient operation,  easy maintenance. 
It is strong mid-field magnetic separation equipment, compose with drum separator, magnetic system, gearing device and frame work body. Drum separator is made of stainless steel plate. Magnet system is made of multi- magnet poles, the special angle design, NdFeB magnetic source with  high magnetic field  and gradient large. Gear is composed with electromagnetic governor motor can be suitable for sorting requirements of the different drum.
The magnetic system is a ring-shaped chain closed magnetic circuit with energizing coils made of copper tubing and cooled internally by water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel are used as a magnetic matrix. This separator features a short magnetic circuit, little magnetic flux leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, a simple structure and easy maintenance.
When the iron ore material range into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum. The weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are cast off and discharged, while the strong magnetic minerals on the surface of the drum rotate with the drum and will be brought out of magnetic field to complete the separating and sorting operation.
