Delivery:
For the first shipment, we require within ****5 days from receipt
of the operative L/C to prepare the material in conditions,
transport it and load it to the vessel. The subsequent
shipments can be loaded each *0 days according with the delivery
schedule agreed.

Rails can be cut to 1,5 meters and loaded on *0ft containers at *0
USD/MT cutting cost.

- Used rails. Payment is *0% deposit and *0% TT at sight or SBLC,
BG MT**0. DL/C MT**0 not accepted.
- Eisenhardt accepts non-transferable L/C for FOB or CRF
Incoterms ***0 with a financial charge of *3%. For the EXW sales
there is no extra charge.

Remarks:
- The rates are for year contracts and total amount. Total
quantity and rates my vary according with the market price
fluctuations, transport, shipping costs and date of the
Contract.
- For physical inspection prior to L/C, the Buyer makes a
guarantee deposit until the L/C is issued.

and verify LOI and BCL. Both must be issued to
Eisenhardt.
