The equipment are capable *-layer

anticorrosion techniques and product performance are in full
compliance with DIN*******1, Q/SY/TQ*****3, SY/T********2 and
SY/T******7.
1.Steel pipe washing equipment
1.1 Water washing system
It is used to wash pipe surface with high pressure water and
improve the blasting effect. It can wash away dust and
impurities.
1.2 Acid washing water washing system
Through chemical treatment, this system can help remove impurities
on steel pipe surface and phosphorize and passive steel pipe
surface to improve the effectiveness of steel pipe surface
treatment and coating adhesion.
2.Steel pipe heating equipment
2.1 Steel pipe preheating equipment
It is used to heat the pipe from *0℃ to *0℃ before blasting, and to
wipe off water, moisture and greasy dirt on the surface, which can
meet the demands of rust removal.
2.2 Steel pipe heating equipment
Intermediate frequency heating system is mainly used to heat pipes
to **0℃- **0℃ to meet the coating standard.
3.Steel pipe blow equipment
The internal blowing system is used to clean the dust, and sand
inside the pipes by the draught fan, so that it can prevent the
pollution when coating.
4.Epoxy powder coating equipment and recovery
system
The system includes stainless coating room, epoxy powder guns,
powder coating controller, fluidization powder box, dual cyclone
collecting structure, and pulse-blowback-cylinder dust catcher.
5. Extrusion system
It is used to extrude PE adhesive and PE protective coating, which
are twined to the external wall of the pipes. The polyethylene
protective coating can protect the epoxy powder coating.
6.Steel pipe water spraying equipment
It is used to cool heated piped rapidly to the temperature of
*0℃**0℃, to protect its anticorrosion layer and protection
layer.
7.Cutback machine
This device is used to remove pipe-end coating layer and then form
a groove whose angle is below *0°, in order to joint easily.
