Function Description
Extension manager
Extension manager Create,modify and delete extension\'s password, codec,permit, pickup group and so on
Ring group Grouping the extensions to ring group, and user can set the ring group simultaneous Ring or sequential ringing
Switchboard
Incoming call setting User can set incoming call route to extension number, ring group, ivr, meeting and disa
IVR setting User can set IVR tree here, when guests incoming to ivr, it will hear IVR recording(user can recording by himself), and do som option here
Disa At here can set hotline number , also can set disa feature, like voip call incoming and into disa can do outgoing call from pstn
Voice conference
Meeting Voice meeting, user can set some option here, it has meetting control plane in website, you can invite,kick,mute guests here
Call list
CDR system   It can list all the call and show user the top 10 by flash, it can count by person, company or groups
Queue
Call queue Like 400 phone call, user can set queue line here
Others
Out going call settings Set the outgoing call dail rules, user can modify the prefix of outgoing call or set the out going call route here
Trunk settings Trunk settings can help NS1000 to connect to other system, and let the extension can communication with other system like pbx , pstn line, cell phone, other voip system and so on.
Fuction setting On or off the extension\'s function here, like call waitting, DND,voicemail and so on
Rate setting User can set rate here to count the call rate in call list
System ivr file User can upload the ivr file or recording ivr file here
Hold music User can upload hold music here
Recording manager User can play,download and delete  the call recording
Password manager User can change the administrator password here
Upgrade To upgrade the system
System back up and restore To back up or restore system
