Technics principle
The semi-continuous type waste tire pyrolysis system is using tire
chip V belt feeder to send the *0 **0 mm tire chip inside the
reactor system and screw slag under the highly isolated oxygen free
environment , and the slag system is connected with the water
cooled screw carbon black conveyor (this is being applied normally
in the fully continuous pyrolysis system) with flap valve
connections so that this upgraded system does not need 8 hours
cooling time any more, the output time can be reduced to 2 hours.
Everyday Customer save 6 hours per batch, so that he can have time
to make 2 batch per day if proficient enough. Raw material will be
heated and pyrolysis in reactor when it rotate. It has
characteristic of short pyrolysis time, small labor intensity, low
power consumption, catalyst-free and high safety factor. At same
time, it resolve many problems of rotate type pyrolysis plant, such
as too many airproof points, air pollution, oil vapor outlet and
ash discharge outlet are easy to leak, etc. This batch type waste
tire pyrolysis plant use original L type gas outlet, which can
ensure raw material could be heated uniformly and pyrolysis
completely, and also ensure the gas can be separated from carbon
black powder efficiently. Compare to other plant’s problem that
pyrolysis gas and carbon black always mixing together, output gas
doesn’t has deposit and separate space, easy to jam pipeline and
pollute oil by large amount carbon black powder, our plant has
unexampled advantages. Furthermore, our batch type waste tire
pyrolysis system install one waste heat recovery boiler inside to
supply sufficient steam for the pyrolysis purpose, in the
meanwhile, the WHRB utilizes the heat inside the flue gas so that
the whole system heat loss is very low.
