Inspection: S.G.S  certificate of quality and quantity at loading port at Seller\'s cost
Contract type: SPOT
Payment:  Irrevocable, Confirmed, Non-Transferable Letter of Credit **0% at sight. The L/C should be paid out to the Sellers in exchange for agreed shipping documents or SBLC + TT

PROCEDURES:

1  Buyer sends LOI

2  Seller sends FCO

3  Buyer sends signed & sealed FCO with + BCL

4  Seller sends Draft SPA to the Buyer for approval

5  Both Seller and Buyer sign and exchange copies by email and hard copies by DHL

6  Buyer Issues non-operative LC / SBLC to EXIM\'s bank

7  Seller provides POP to activate the payment instrument

8  Shipment starts

9  Buyer forwards payment by TT (for SBLC)

LOI is a must. We don\'t provide information, do conference calls, send emails back and forth without LOI. Only serious buyers, seller mandates, or serious agents.
