machine Overview Tank top safety unit is used for protection of
tank when the pressure is abnormal in the tank. This tank top protection unit has several major
functional components, including the pressure protection component,
CIP cleaning component and gas-liquid switch component. These
functional components are designed to be integrated through the
combination of components. Only one installation mouth is needed at
the top of the tank. At the same time, every functional component
is dismountable so it’s easy to mount and dismount. The unit can
clean itself automatically. Pressure protection component: Divided into positive and negative pressure
protection. The standard configuration is valve (PRV), vacuum
relief valve(VRV) component and breathing valve(AS) for
option. CIP cleaning component: Including self-cleaning part in the unit and CIP
cleaning part in the tank which has fixed spray ball(SB),spin wash
ball(SP) as well as the rotary spray cleaner(RSC)for
option. Gas-liquid switch component: Mainly used for CIP cleaning and switch of
supply and recover for CO2. Standard configuration
is SKO single seat valve. F-type cut-off valve,
buttery valve and check valve for option.
Application Mainly used for brew, beverage and dairy
industries and so on.
