for our equipment, we use special technology, to make the outside temperature is room temperature when inside temperature is low temperature (such as ***6C) just we can do this in China. 2. our equipment is using the liquid nitrogen as the freezing medium, not dirently to spray the liquid nitrogen to the product, we use the American technolgoy to change the liquid nitrogen as the nitrogen, the nitrogen loop iniside of this freezer. the lowest temperature is ***0C, the max cooling rate is *0C per minute, so you can adjust the temperature and the cooling rate as your need. the temperature uniform is about 2C. 3. and the control system, it using PLC+ touch screen, it is easy to operate, you just put the frozen program via this touch screen, the equipment work itself.
