(1) first the loader load sand material into material hopper, the sand through beltconveyer enter into ball millmachineto crush into powder slurry. in the crushing process ,water will be addinto ball mill machine in the sametime . so finally ball mill machine will produce sand slurry.
(2) after sand slurry out of ball mill machine enter into concrete pit,slurry will be send into twoslurry storemixerthroughslurry pump.
(3) when we need slurry to batch ,the slurry be released fromslurry store mixerand enter into slurry pit whichunder theslurry store mixer.There have anotherslurry pumptake sand slurry enter intoslurry measurescaleautomatically,In the same time,the lime,cement,gypsum will be add intolime cement gypsum measure scaleautomatically one by one.
After sand,lime,cement,gypsum finish measure,they will be add intoslurry pouring mixerautomatically,in the same time,the aluminum will be add into slurry pouring mixerby manual after manual scale measure .when all material mixing in theslurry store mixer, after **6 minutes mixing , all material will be pour intoMouldbox.In the batching material process,except aluminum is add by manual ,other working process isautomaticto do by PLC system in control room .
(4) after slurry be pour into mould box,frequency conversion pouring ferry carwill take the mouldenter into curing room area automatically, all the mould box will be add into curing room to cure automaticallythrough PLC system in control room.
(5) when mould box moving in the curing room,allmould boxing moving process is automatically,underthemould box,there will have automatic roller to support moving and be controlled by PLC system incontrolroom.
(6) after 1.**2 hours pre-curing in curing area,the mould box with foam block will move intoreversal craneposition,reversal crane will lift and do the de-mould work, put the block with pallet oncutting translational
cart, then there will have level cutting and vertical cutting process, the cutting process will be controlled in thecontrol room automatically .
(7) after cutting,theblock will be transport into steam trolley trough transport block crane,the crane willbe controlled by wireless control device ,also there have the wire control device for spare alternating.
(8) after finished prepare 6 trolley (*2 block) ,they will be enter into autoclave throughwindlassmachine .
(9) in autoclave, for sand,it will need about ****1 hours for steam,first we need 1.5 hour to discharge cool airfrom autoclave and 1 hour to add pressure reach 0.6 Mpa slowly ,then use 0.5 hour to reach 1.**1.3 Mpa quickly.in 1.**1.3 Map period,we need keep about **6 hours steam,after that we will need 1.**2 hours to release thepressure and steam.total after about ****1 hours,the blocks could be take out and transport in store area.
(*0) the empty pallet with trolley will be sent back to reversal crane and organize into new mould to circle touse.trolley will be transported on preparing enter into autoclave area to circle to use.
