SOAKING :RICE CAKE should be soaked in water ,before cooking for *2 hours in summer or ****0 hours in winter .Soking may be prolonged to **7days if compiete softness is    desired in this case water should be renewed daily.

Culinary art : remove rice cake from water and put it into boiling oil for deep or shallow frying add hinly tasteful or plain ingredients.already prepared to it and continue frying for a while .As regards ingredients,you may have a great variety to choose from. Take Pork,vegetable or sugar at your option.
