SPECIFICATION
The LNG to be
delivered by Seller will conform to the specifications as stated
here below.
The Seller
will send the specifications ASAP of LNG in this contract
certificated by SGS.
At the port
of loading and at the cost of Seller, representatives of SGS
or
any other
comparable World Class Inspection Organization (“The
Inspection
Company”)
shall issue a certificate for every shipment stating that the
product conforms to
the following
specification:

QUANTITIES AS SHALL INTERFERE WITH RECEIPT AND
TRANSPORTATION

Buyer may, at
its own cost, appoint its own Inspection Company, for inspection of
the
LNG at
discharging Port, however, Buyer cannot delay/stop payments by
MT**3 to the
Seller’s Bank
based on the re-inspection at the discharging port. Any demurrage
caused
by
re-inspection or any other event at the discharging port, will be
borne by Buyer only
and will be
paid to shipmaster/charter party as per their demurrage
invoices.
