Circular Cooler is using air-blast way for cooling sinter in
sintering plant, generally the sinter temperature is
******0℃ when it enter into
cooler at the first beginning, the Grate
Wing Pallet Cars will run the Circular Cooler a
round. After completion of the sinter cool down, the temperature
will be dropped down to **0℃
below usually. The cooling sinter will be discharged in the
unloading zone of circular cooler.
In order to enhance the production efficiency and the sinter
quality, reduce energy consumption, and put things right once and
for all to completely solve the problem of air leakage, Qin Huang
Dao Hongtai Machinery Company researched and developed a new kind
of sealing system named “Circle cooler inclusive type mechanical
sealing system ”. It is a patent production and easy to
maintain.
The features:
Energy-saving and consumption reducing: Inclusive type
mechanical sealing system completely solve the problem of air
leakage of circle cooler, air leakage rate at the place of dynamic
and static rubber will be cut down over *0%,and cooling effect increase above *0%,
effectively to avoid burnout of convey belt. Blower will not need
to work with full load. Under the same cooling effect, total
electric power of blower will save **0KW/H or above.
Productivity increasing: Because of cooling effect raised
greatly, circle cooler can cool the sinter promptly which produced
by sintering machine and convey it smoothly, thereby lessen
influence on sintering machine with full load since previously the
sintering cannot cool immediately on circle cooler.

reducing greatly by adopting inclusive type mechanical sealing
system, there will not be dusty scene appeared on site.
Waste heat recovery power generation increasing: Because of
good sealing effect, air temperature increased obviously during the
period of waste heat recovery in the circle cooler, and improved
the productivity of waste heat recovery.
Labor intensity reducing: When the outage maintenance, it will
decrease extraction around the track by labor clearing, no need to
change the dynamic and static rubber sheet, thereby decrease the
labor intensity of workers.
