NE type plate-chain bucket elevator is a new
product developed independently by our company according to the
imported foreign advanced technology, it adopts gravity flow
loading and gravity induced discharge, the conveyor chain adopts
premium alloy high-strength plate chain which is wear-resistant and
reliable. This machine features high conveying capacity and
considerable energy conservation effect. It is used for vertical
conveying of medium and large-lump and abrasive materials with a
temperature below **0℃.
NSE plate-chain bucket elevator consists of moving assembly, drive
unit, upper section, intermediate housing and lower section.
Moving assembly—consists of buckets and sleeve roller chains.
Drive unit—consists of drive platform, drive assembly and
transmission chain. The drive assembly generally consists of ZSY
hard tooth-faced reducer (or JZQ reducer), YOK hydraulic coupling,
Y series motor, XWD reducer, electromagnetic clutch (manual
clutch).
The drive unit is divided into two types—left mounting and right
mounting. corresponding to left and right mounting of the elevator,
respectively.
Left mounting: when facing the feed port, the drive unit assembly
and drive sprocket are at left side.
Right mounting: when facing the feed port, the drive unit assembly
and drive sprocket are at right side.
Upper section—consists of upper housing (with rails), upper cover,
discharge port (with backfeed prevention plate), head shaft
assembly, holdback etc.
Intermediate housing—it is divided into intermediate segments with
supports connected with upper section, intermediate segments with
access door, standard intermediate segments (all 2.5m high) as well
as 1m and 1.5m high nonstandard intermediate segments, enabling the
elevator to obtain different heights at an interval of
0.5m.
