Seller issues SPA to Buyer 2.
Buyer reviews SPA, signs, seals and returns to Seller with full
banking coordinates. The legally binding contract document is
signed by both Parties and final copies exchanged. Electronic
signed copies by both Parties are considered legally binding and
enforceable. 3.
Seller issues ATS to the buyer. 4 Buyer releases SBLC or MT**0 worth N*0m for
processing ATB, security clearance and boarding of inspectors
/supercargo in Nigerian water and move vessel to international
waters for Q&Q. Boarding of inspectors and supercargo will be
by terminal chopper and terminal security. 5. Once cleared, the vessel captain will allow buyers
inspectors to board vessel and conduct Q and Q 6. Buyer verifies Q and Q Report issued by
inspectors.
7 BUYER ISSUES MT**3 AND PAYS FOR entire product less
N*0M.ORIGINAL COPIES OF CARGO DOCUMENTS IS
EXCHANGED 8 VESSELS sails END OF
PROCEDURE Note: only serious Buyers if you
are ready to go with the procedure I will sent you the SPA. After
the buyer sign the Spa also with Manager cheque of *0million and
ATB FORMAT supercargo details and here with me I have ATS
