On the Stove
1、Empty a spot in your freezer that is large enough and flat enough
to
accommodate the silicone mold you are using.
2、Fill the bottom section of the double boiler pan with water,
and
bring the water to a boil on the stove. Turn off the burner, and
place
the top part of the boiler pan into position.
3、Fill the top portion of the pan with chocolate wafers. According
to
Candy Mold Central, chocolate wafers or chocolate rounds don't use
the
same formula as ready-to-eat chocolate such as candy bars you buy
in the
store. Always use baking chocolate wafers or the melted candy
won't
harden in the molds. Stir the chocolate until the wafers have
melted.
