Properties of PTFE Tubes
1. Inert to all solvents, chemicals except molten alkali.
2. Works at temperatures from **0 to **0 deg cel (melting
point is **7 deg cel)
3. Extremely low co efficient of friction (Smoothest man made
material)
4. Non stick (Remember non stick cooking pans? They are coated with
PTFE)
5. Extremely low water absorption
6. Low permeation (perfect for gas applications)
7. Does not leach (perfect for high purity applications)
8. Manufactured from FDA *1 CFR **7.***0 approved raw material
9. Manufactured using PTFE material with UL V0 Fame rating.
*0. ROHS tested and approved PTFE tubing.
