JDGQP***4 Nano ZnO

Product Introduction
JDGQP***4 Nano ZnO is a new high-functioning fine inorganic product with the particle diameter *0 to *0nm or called ultra-fine ZnO. Due to ultra-fine size, specific surface is rapidly increased, causing nano ZnO surface effect, small size effect and macro quantum tunneling effect which its raw bulk materials dont contain. Therefore, it gives nano ZnO special properties and applications on magnetism, light, electricity and sensitivity that ordinary ZnO can not match.
The energy gap of ordinary ZnO is 3.2eV and corresponding absorption wavelength **8mm. When the particle size is smaller, its energy gap increases to over 4.5eV due to quantum size effect, enabling better absorption of UV in order to screen UV.
Under strict control on the purity, particle size, shape and distribution of the ingredients during production, the High Purity Nano ZnO comes into being. It can be special surface modified or treated according to different applications, therefore wide applications on cosmetics, paint, coating, fodder, textile, rubber and medical, etc.
