Pallet Rackingis composed of load-bearing upright frames and
beams, pallet support bar, expansion bolt and Safety Locking Pins.
There are some accessories could be chosen, such as frame
protector, upright protector, rear support of pallets, wire mesh
laminate, anti-collision protector and connecting beams. Adjustable
beam racking is the most widely used of pallet storage systems and
allows direct access to each pallet stored. Beamscan be
removed and repositioned when changes in the use of racking occur.
Although pallet is adjustable (****6mm), once the beams are slotted
into position in the frame uprights, an inter-locking structure of
great strength and rigidity is maintained. Each
beam requires a pair of steel Safety Locking Pins. When
located they ensure the beam is correctly positioned and help
prevent the beam being dislodged when use. The upright frames are
fixed to the ground with expansion bolts. The
bottom layer of the rack is placed on the ground, normally
**3 pallets on each layer. The length of beams and
depth of upright frames are depending on the size of
pallets. Selecting the Right Racking
