Characteristic
Underlay blanket are used to improve the performance of printing blankets.
It is constructed by cotton fabric and rubber. Underlay blankets allow the 
printers to use one under blanket required by the press and application.
Instead of multiple sheets of packing paper to adjust the offset printing blanket
to the optimal height required by the press and application.
