our plan is to be in operation by early ***6 with production
first year *0,**0 tons per month. Second year *5,**0 per month. All
feedstock is from renewable timberlands. In Mississippi we replant
5 to 1 (every acre harvested we replant five acres).

Letters of Intent to purchase at a negotiated price and
shipping / or a Agreement of Purchase with set amount is being
