The PHYM Foam Bladder
Tank is to provide foam solution. It is mainly
consist of bladder tank, capsule,
proportioner, control valves, pressure gage and pipelines.
High-pressure water is needed to swap out foam concentrate (stored
in the capsule of the tank) from the tank as a certain proportion.
The foam concentrate then mixed with pressurized water and form
foam solution. For the capsule is separated from the pressure water
that it can be utilized next time if not finished. Besides, there
is feed inlet to refill or change the foam
concentrate. Working
Principle: When
pressure water flow through the proportioner, a small part of water
(3%~6%) flow into tank from water inlet and press capsule to swap
out equal foam concentrate and mixed with another part of water
(*7%~*4%) in proportioner. Foam solution flows out from outlet and
was provided to foam generators or foam nozzles (this part is
not belong to the unit, you should buy extra) through
pipelines. Application:
The unit usually
constitutes foam spray system and low/high expansion foam
extinguishing system with pipelines, foam generators and foam
nozzles. This unit provides foam solution for these systems through
pipelines which are distributed in all destination areas and they
are connected with generators or foam nozzles. The system works
once there is fire somewhere and solution was transported to
destination area through pipelines. Thus destination area gets foam
solution to put out fire with foam generators or foam
nozzles. Characteristic:
Big flow
pressure range and small pressure loss.
Widely
used both in mid-multiples and low multiples foam extinguishing
system.
