Product Functions
1. It can demonstrate the structure and working principle of
sensors and transducers for all system of whole car.
2. It is equipped with two digital meters configured with a power
of DC5V/*2V.
3. It can complete the following sensor and transducer inspection:
ECU electronic control unit, AFS air flow sensor, WTS water
temperature sensor, main relay (EFI), stepping motor, oxygen
sensor, temperature measuring transducer, #1 TDC transducer, idle
speed control valve, speed transducer, shock sensor, the front and
back vehicle height sensor, TCU computer, gear switch, angle sensor
of steering wheel, TPS throttle position sensor, sunlight sensor,
intake temperature sensor, indoor temperature sensor, air bag
computer, crash sensor, power computer and power valve etc.
4. Mark the parameter of sensor and transducer below each related
system components.
Teaching Items:

2. Demonstration function:
Demonstration function for structure and position of original part:
Arrange the components of all system according to the basic
configuration sequence and mark the name on different components to
fully demonstrate the structure, installation position and working
principle of a single original part. 3. Functions of Inspection and
Real-time Display:
The panel is equipped with external detecting interface and the
knowledge of component circuit and the inspection and analysis for
voltage parameters of working signal of working signal can be
carried out on panel; the system is equipped with fault setting
device for microcontroller that in fault condition the LED
indicator light installed on training platform displays the
quantity of fault and the location and separately light on and off
according to the examination
need.
