The belt cleaner is a new product in China, it is used for
cleanning the waste of belt conveyor of the rotary drum. Unlike
most conventional primary scraper cleaners, Ceramic Belt Conveyor
Scraper Cleaner incorporates a self-adjusting, spring-loaded
dual-cable tensioner, providing a resilient action.
The outstanding cleaning performance and durability of this
aggressive scraper cleaner is based on the unique design and
installation of the multiple alumina ceramic segments, with
profiled cleaneing edges, a unique resilient cleaning action and
with optimum contact across the surface of the conveyor belt.
The advanced technology is adopted from Japan. The conveyor belt
and easy to install it and have a good cleaning effect.
The major content of belt leaner is ceramic block, which made of
alumina ceramic and rare metals. And string with wirerope. The
alumina content is *2%~*9%, density of which is 3.6g per cubic
centimeter. And the belt cleaner has a higher abrasion resisitant
and a longer service life.
The belt cleaner is positioned in the front of the head pulley. The
newly technology is that improved the spring tensioned and fixed at
the upper left and right side respectively. With the new
holders,the belt cleaner becomes easier to install than
conventional belt cleaner and its wire becomes adjustable
individually.
The specification of belt cleaner is 1m, 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m. And we
