Our sellers are MAJORS, quantity and quality is not an
issue,
If possible DIRECT Buyer with Cash only please, no
brokers!!! We accept to deal with Mandates but not more.
Buyer have to follow the rules, NO MISTAKE on the procedure and
time frame, otherwise he will have to wait for next allocation, the
Majors are the top refineries around the world. Deal is
conclude within 4 days for long term contract and *4 hours for spot
buy.
NOTE: Only Buyer with CASH will be accepted, NO BANKING INSTRUMENTS
