C. Materials Display
1.Wood
We select 8 year old solid wood- eucalyptus for our wood frame. All
the wood have passed dry and drug treatment, corrosion
resistant and non-deformation.
In the wood frame we add many support part to support the whole
structure.
2.Plywood
We use ***2 layer plywood to make the whole frame more strong and
stable.
3.Elastic buffer system
Zigzag spring, webbing and the parallel wire, this system can sport
the whole human weight equally.
4. Anti-friction system
Mesh fabric- avoid the frame and the foam\'s friction. Heat baking
cotton felt- avoid the friction between the spring clip to the
foam.
5. Sponge
Seat & Loose cushions use high density and high resilience
sponge to make sure the sofa seating comfortable and durable.
Some items are filled with latex particle.
