Flexibilizer MB for Recycle Plastic
Introduction:
Flexibilizer Masterbatch is special used for recycle plastic to
increase the impact resisting,
strength toughness, tensile strength, flex resistance, cold
resistance, ease of expansion and
contraction and reduce the production cost, under the condition
that not hamper the property
of plastic itself.
Application:
It can be mixed directly with plastic resin before processing or
make master batch first. It can
be used for PS, PP, PE, PO, PPO, ABS, PBT, as well as the sheet of
PS and PP, foamed
photo frame bas of PS, Christ gift, Auto-bumper, PP-R tube, Plastic
cask/basin and some
more engineering plastics.
Note: There are three types of Clarified, black and primary color
can be supplied and each of
them has several classes at different quality and prices. The buy
should choose the proper
one according to their cost can afford.
Dosage:
The portion is recommended: ***5%. Users can choose the quantity of
dosage as per the
quality needed and their cost.
Packing and storage:
*5kg/ Paper bag for black and primary masterbatch.
*0kg/Paper bag for clarified masterbatch.
It should be kept in warehouse under the condition of waterproof
and anti-sun.
