FROZEN FRENCH FRIES STRAIGHT CUT 8x8MM

Appearance: Straight cut matchsticks of 8x8mm (±1 mm) section. Shape deviations resulting from the natural shape of potato are not considered to be a defect. French fries loose, uncrushed, without ice-covered and conglomerated cubes. Slight frosting is not considered to be a defect.
Technological classification: Pre-fried, frozen potato products
Composition: Potatoes, vegetable fat, dextrose, stabiliser E**0.
Raw materials originate from EU states meeting the quality specification requirements for raw materials.
Flavour: Typical for pre-fried potatoes, free from foreign flavours.
Taste: Typical for pre-fried potatoes, free from foreign taste.
Colour: From bright cream-coloured to white-grey, specific for the potato variety used, even in a unit packaging.
Consistency: Solid when in frozen state, following heat treatment crispy on the surface and soft, slightly floury inside.
