Brief information

*- Suitable for various fabrics with super soft, smooth and silky hand feels.

Main composition

*- Special macromolecule amino silicone micro-emulsion.

*- Appearance:  colorless or pale transparent liquid

*- Ionicity:    weakly cationic

*- Solubility:  easily soluble in water

*- Stability:  stable to diluted acid/alkali, electrolytes and hard water

Properties and fields of application

*- Excellent softness and smoothness to cotton, linen, polyester, wool and other fibres

*- Confers better smooth and soft hand feels to polyester fabrics.

*- Confers better soft and elastic hand feels to porous cotton fabrics.

*- Obvious obviously soft performance to polyester fabrics at low dosage.

Application

- Dilutes HT *0 to standard product. Firstly adds HT *0 to reactor or stirring drum and starts stir, then adds water and stirs *0  *5 minutes slowly while each water addition should be one tenth of HT *0. Then the HT *0 liquid will be thick and keeps adding water and stirring until it can flow as normal water. Then add the leaving water to required concentration.

*- Padding:    *0  *0 g/L

Packing and storage

*- Packing:**5 kg/polyethylene drum

*- Storage:6 months in sealed container at room temperature
