Stainless steel normally refers to the chromium content in the steel is more than *2.5%, with high corrosion resistance property to external media (acid, alkali, salt, etc.). According to the crystal structure of the steel, stainless steel can be divided into martensitic, ferritic, austenitic, ferritic-austenitic, precipitation hardening stainless steel.

Special stainless steel, compared with ordinary stainless steel, is high-alloy stainless steel in chemical composition with higher nickel, higher chromium, higher molybdenum, and its operating temperature or corrosion-resistant property is more excellent then ordinary stainless steel. The metallographic structure of special stainless steel is stable austenitic. The manufacturing process of high-alloy special stainless steel is complicated, generally, using traditional techniques to produce special stainless steel, such as casting, forging, rolling, and so on.

Special stainless steel is widely used in following fields, (1) marine: marine structures in marine environment, desalination, aquaculture, seawater heat exchange, etc. (2) environmental protection: flue gas desulfurization appliance of thermal power generation, waste-water treatment, etc. (3) energy: nuclear power, coal utilization, tidal power generation, etc. (4) petrochemical industry: oil refining, chemical engineering equipment, etc. (5) food: salt manufacturing, soy making and so on.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PH***7Mo

PH***7Mo is a kind of austenite precipitation hardening stainless steel. The material in solid solution condition has good ductility, which can be deformed easily. The material in the precipitation hardened condition, is strengthened by precipitating second precipitation phase, so the material in precipitation hardened condition has high strength, high hardness, and has tolerable ductility. The material is mainly used to made container, parts and structural parts, which require high corrosion resistance and high strength properties.

C**6

C**6 is a kind of high-strength, no hairline, non-magnetic austenitic stainless steel. The material in solid solution condition has good ductility, which can be deformed easily. The material in aged condition, precipitates second precipitation phase, so the material in aged condition has high strength, high hardness, and the material has low magnetic, and certain resistance to salt and acid corrosion properties. C**6 is mainly used for making vacuum devices, parts and structural parts, such as the motor shaft and the sleeve.
