MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY FOR PV-MODULES
1. Scope, start and duration of the product warranty protection
JA Energy warrants for each PV-module for a period of *0 years as
of the respective WARRANTY START DATE that the respective PV-module
is free of material defects.
2. Performance warranty
JA Energy warrants for each PV-module as a voluntary, independent
performance warranty:
*7% in the first year, thereafter, for years two (2) through
twenty-five (*5), 0.7% maximum decrease from MODULE's nominal power
output per year, ending with the *0.2% in the *5th year after the
defined WARRANTY STARTING DATE.
The nominal power listed on the nameplate is the power in Watt (W)
which a PV-module generates under the following
Standard-Test-Conditions (STC) according to the norm IEC ****5 in
its Maximum Power Point (MPP):
a) A light spectrum of Air-Mass (AM) 1.5
b) An irradiation of 1.**0 W/m² at right angle irradiation
c) A module temperature of *5°C
The deviation of the nominal power is to be determined under
STC.
