Garcia Silica Inc. is a corporation located in Fort McMurray Canada. We own the mineral rights to the natural resources of *3.6km2 of land in Saskatchewan Canada. The silica sand reserve is estimated to over **0 million tons. 

We have secured, the resources and the capital to develop the entire infrastructure. We will be fully operational in eighteen months, producing a vast amount of various quality and sizes of sand. 
 

Because we are eighteen months away from full production we are able to offer special discounted rates to potential pre production buyers.

The opportunity is advantageous, as we are willing to commit a discount from the going rate at the time of the purchase.  For a larger commitment we are able to offer a larger discount. We will commit to providing one years supply at preferential rates. The price will be reviewed every one month to adjust in case of falling prices, and every six months, if the price goes up. This allows you to be protected from price increases but also maximizes your savings, if prices fall, and allows you to securing a one year supply at preferential rates.
