The thermal spraying equipment is used mainly in repairing wear and tear of the coating surface for tower, poles, bridges, water gates, ship structure, large-scale and long-lasting anti-corrosion paper dryer, printing rollers, crankshaft , capacitance, electrode coating of electrical porcelain industry, etc.

Brief of thermal spraying: The hot spraying process is heating spray materials(wire stock or power stock)with certain kind of heat source to make the material being heated form particles in the state of melted or semi-melted. Then these particles shall shock and settle on the surface or the basal body with certain speed with compressed air as its power, and form a spray coating with certain characteristics. According to heat source to be provided, such hot spraying can be done by combustion method and electro thermal process. The former includes combustion flame spraying ,explosive spraying and high viscosity flame spraying and the latter includes arc spraying and plasma spraying(can be further subdivided into normal pressure plasma spraying and water stable plasma spraying). For spraying process, both the spraying temperature (strictly speaking, it\'s the temperature of the melted drop that shock the surface of the basal body)and the velocity of the melted drop that shock the surface of the basal body shall produce a vital impact on the coating.
SHLIANGSHI hot spraying system is typically applicable to large area long acting corrosion resistance of structural members such as iron tower, lamp post, bridge, sluice gate and watercraft, and spray repair of damaged surface of work piece such as drying cylinder, printing roll and crankshaft. In addition, it is applicable to electrode spraying in capacitor and electric ceramics industries.
Coating functions: On the basis of the U.S. FNLONGO classification of thermal spray coating method, according to the functions, coatings can be divided into: 1. Wear-resistant coating. Include the coating which resists adhesive wear, surface fatigue wear and erosion. Thereinto, under some conditions, there are anti-low temperature(<8 ºC) wear coating and anti-high temperature(8 ~ 3 ºC) wear coating. 2. Heat-resistant and anti-oxidation coating. Include the coatings applied during the high-temperature process (including oxidation atmosphere, corrosive gas, erosion and thermal barrier which is higher than 3 ºC) and coatings applied during metal fusion process (including molten zinc, molten aluminum, molten iron and steel, molten copper) . 3. The coating which resist the atmospheric corrosion and impregnating corrosion. Atmospheric corrosion includes corrosions brought about by industrial atmosphere, salt atmosphere, field atmosphere, etc; Impregnating corrosion includes corrosions caused by drinkable freshwater, non-potable freshwater, hot freshwater, brine, chemical and food processing, etc. 4. Conductometric and resistive coatings. This kind of coating is for conductance, resistance and shield. 5. The coating which can recover the dimension. The coating is used for iron-based (carbon steel and anti-corrosion steel which can be cut and grinded) products and non-ferrous metals (nickel, cobalt, copper, aluminum, titanium and their alloys) products. 6. Gap control coating for mechanical components. The coating can be grinded. 7. Corrosion-resistant chemical coating. Chemical corrosion includes various corrosions about acid, alkali, salt, different inorganic matter and organic chemical medium.
