Buffered Lactic Acid is a misture of Lactic Acid and Sodium Latate
compound, it\'s colorless transparent and slight viscous liquid.
Odorless or slight special odor, slightly acid.
It has the dual characteristics of lactic acid and sodium lactate,
it can be used as sour agent widely used in the food industry.
It\'s the PH regulator with buffering effect. It has the ability to
regulate and stabilize PH value.
Widely used in meat and confectionery industries, reduce sugar
conversion.
It can be used in Hard Boiled candy to reduce the effect of souring
agent & increase the trans version of sugar & degradation
of gelatin. By using in candys it enhances the shelf life &
prevents sugar inversion.
