The cylinder thickness is 1.0mm*1.2mm. The production craft is as
following. cutting carbon steel sheet, stretch 3 times, welding the
top and the botton part, testing the pressure of the cylinder,
phosphating, polish, painting,filling the powder, fixing the valve,
filling the air, put the safe pin into the extinguisher, water
press testing. The ABC powder can be up to you.
