LKH Series Closed Cooling Tower

Closed type cooling tower, also called the closed cooling tower (or evaporative air cooler, closed cooling tower), places the pipe type heat exchanger in the tower, through the circulation of air, water and circulating water heat exchange to ensure the cooling effect. Because it is a closed cycle, which can ensure the water quality being not polluted, greatly protect the main equipment operating efficiency, improve the service life. When the outside temperature is low, it can stop the water spraying system, saving the water. With the implementation of the national energy-saving emission reduction policies and the increasing scarcity of water resources, in recent years the closed cooling tower has been widely used in metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, machinery. Oil, food, clinker, rubber and other industries.

Working fluid flowing inside of the coils, which are enwrapped by spray water on the ouside. The heat of waer us transferred by coil and become the saturated vapor when meet the water and  air. The heat is exhausted out of  the tower by the top fan; water is collected back to the bottom tank and circulates continuously. The spray water is cooled down via PVC radiation fin in the process of circulation, and flows in the same direction with the fresh wind. The coil mainly takes sensible heat travel style.
