We have an allocation from the top oil refinery for sell, we are direct to the refinery,  we are interesting to work with any serious/genuine companies that are dealing with petroleum products, we organize governmental project in oil quotations to the refinery and contract will be signed.

once we obtain your end buyers company official letter of intent with the specifications of the products interesting to purchase, we will contact the refinery in request of the (SCO)for the buyer to re-view and confirm his/her ability to purchase with his company legal legitimate, all do confirmations will be done direct to the refinery / and  the buyer.
