Description: Despum*8 is a defoamer used in pulping process of
papermaking industry, which is mainly composed of modified
polysiloxane, special dispersant and other auxiliaries. It is a
white emulsion produced by special emulsifying
technology.
Despum*8 is mainly applied in foam control of
pulping process. It can rapidly eliminate foam caused by lignin and
other surfactants. It can also eliminate and inhibit foam in high
temperature.
Advantages: It can rapidly eliminate foam and inhibit foam for a
long time at low dosage. It can effectively reduce alkali residue, increase
sizing percentage and cleanness of washing. It can reduce the loss of size caused by
foam. It is non toxic and biodegradable.
Application: Despum*8 can be used directly or after diluting with
water. It could be added in black liquor tank or outlet of knotter.
The recommended dosage is ******0g/MT.
