The nuts are dried to a moisture content of between 1.5% 2%, or
higher as per clients requests. The nuts are sized to separate all
nuts that are below *0mm in size. The balance of the product is
then sized into three categories.

The dry nut in shell macadamias are then packed into white polyprop
woven bags of *5kgs in weight, which are double stitched and
labelled with batch numbers and colour coded according to the
different sizes.
The macadamia nuts are sold as nut in shell either as Beaumont,
Hybrid or Integrifolia cultivars. The sizing and separation of
cultivars creates a clean homogenous appearance.
The nuts in shell are packed in *0ft, *5 ton containers. Each
container is lined with brown paper and supplied with dry desiccant
bags.
