The QY series medium-sized submersible pump
consists of an oil-filled vertical induction motor and a pump of
different materials. It is of an upper pump structure, with the
pump and the motor connected coaxially and directly. For the pump
with a lift exceeding 90m, the
pressure relief check valve is provided to ensure safety in case of
shutdown. Inside the motor are several thermal protection
monitoring probes which can reliably protect the motor once matched
with appropriate control switches; featuring high safety and
reliability as well as easy installation, this pump is
energy-efficient.
Product use:
It is generally applicable to mine drainage,
water taking for urban tap water companies, drainage and irrigation
for agricultural systems, urban construction, industrial and mining
water supply and discharge, garden watering, ship bilge drainage,
water supply from water towers, drainage after the rain and
depression flood control.
Operating
conditions:
1 The flow at the
outlet of the electric pump shall not be greater than the rated
value (i.e. the pump shall be used within the specified lift
range);
2 The submergence
depth shall not exceed 5m, otherwise, it shall be stated when the
order is placed;
3 The water
temperature shall not exceed +
40°C;
4 The pH valve
shall be 5 ~ 9;
5 The volume
ratio and particle size of solid impurities in water shall not be
greater than 0.1% and 0.2mm respectively;
6 The power
supply shall have a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of
380V or
660V.
When the electric pump is in operation, the rated voltage indicated
on the nameplate shall apply, with a fluctuation not exceeding
±10%.
